A couple of days ago we finally celebrated the kids' report cards. Conner was very excited to find out that he had raised all of his grades this term. He thought he was going to get one C in science but ended up with a B. We invited Grandma to come raspberry picking with us and then out for lunch at Red Robin. This was Grandma's first time ever going berry picking! The berries were not that great, but there were some other rows that were roped off (that were going to open the next day!) with big, red raspberries. So the kids had fun sneaking ito those rows to pick some - they said that they love it when I actually let them "break the rules" :) One of the best parts about picking berries is getting to visit with each other and spend time together away from everything that distracts us at home!
