One of my favorite things to do when I have the time is to try out new recipes. I'm always on the lookout for any kind of recipe that looks easy with common ingredients. We had lots of fresh blueberries, so I decided to try a new recipe for blueberry cofee cake. It was super easy to make and turned out delicious. I had to cover the pan with foil and remove it from my sight because I kept having "just one more bite...." :)
