Kelsey's 13th Birthday!

I can't believe that our baby is now a teenager....that means we have three teenagers in the house....where has the time gone?!  To celebrate, Kelsey had a few friends over to tie-dye, eat pizza, and go to the Melting Pot for fondue dessert.  They had fun playing, ping pong, Kinect, and cards (the best part of the card game is that you have to be really quiet :).  On her actual birthday, her friends surprised her and decorated the house and made her breakfast.  McKenzie's friend, Maiha, took her out for lunch.  Our family went to Red Robin for dinner, and then our whole family came over for cake and presents!  Our Wisconsin/Michigan family made the day extra special with cards, gift, cards, and money.  Kelsey is very blessed! 

Summer Vacation with the Family!

Mom and Dad treated us to a wonderful vacation at Bella Beach in Depoe Bay.  The days were filled with card games, playing on the beach, eating, practical jokes, tie-dyeing, hiking, a bonfire, shopping, coffee drinking, eating peanut m&ms for breakfast, reading, playing on electronic devices (except Gram who doesn't have one or want one), golfing, watching golf and soccer, visiting the cafe, going on walks, celebrating Zach's birthday, picture taking, laughing, rock collecting, and keeping Gram and Gramp awake with 9 grandkids "sleeping" in the room above them.  I am sure that Mom and Dad will sleep very well tonight!  We had a great time, and are so grateful to Mom and Dad for continuing to make special memories for our family - we are very blessed.
